5/6-7 {Sa-Su} Ride for the Heart
1000/1500

Is
hosted in Iron Butt Ass’n SaddleSore 1000 (1000 miles/ 24 hours)
and BunBurner 1500 (1500 miles/ 36 hours). The Ride for the Heart
Foundation will host two Iron Butt Ass’n qualifying rides that
will take in some of the best parts of Southern NV, Western AZ, Western
NM (for the 1500) and Southern CA. Rides depart Saturday May 6, 2006
from one of four different locations. Check in time is 5am at
Superstition H-D, 2910 W. Apache Junction Trail, Apache Junction, AZ
85220. Currently Apache Junction AZ, San Diego and Ontario, CA and Henderson, NV
are check-in locations. Please confirm prior to ride for specific
departure locations. On-line reg available. $75 pre-reg, $125 after
April 9, 2006.

5/12- 14 {Fr-Su} ABATE Yavapai County Chapter’s Annual
Spring Run

This
event will be held at The Burro Saloon in Wilhoit, aka Nowhere AZ, on
Hwy 89 just south of Prescott.
This is a weekend event with overnight camping, pitch a tent or hook up
your RV for an add’l fee. There will be a Run to Nowhere on
Saturday morning starting in the Verde Valley
for folks on the other side of the mountain. Weekend pass=$15/pp
includes: Free camping, live music, raffles, 50/50, Bike Games, Bike
Show, & vendors. Day pass=$10/pp, and vendors pay admission only, no
additional fee. Plan your calendar around the ABATE of AZ – Yavapai
